Friends,
Hope someone would give me a proper solution to my problem. I am new into this lift & its maintenance fields.. So today I attend one call which is of same model mentioned above(Mistubishi VFEL) . I have seen 4 errors together while checking, which are E 5, E 6, E 7, and E 8. I think it is for over current, over voltage, low voltage and unable to restart errors respectively. Please help me to sort out this issue.

I have no knowledge of that particular equipment, but much of the equipment I work on that show multiple errors, typically shows the prime reason first, the subsequent errors are often as a result of the first one.

Hi Jeevan,

Looks like a hardware trip.
E 5 - Over current detection
E 6 - Over voltage detection
E 7 - Low voltage detection
E 8 - LB off

I guess 'LB off' is 'Load Breaker' off - may be a contactor is off due to E5/E6/E7 tripping.

So you'll need to check on E5/E6/E7 tripping and reset those for LB to come on.

Good luck!

Regards,

Nandu.

P.S. Do you have a circuit diagram or wiring diagram?
Thanks Mr.nandu,

But how this Over voltage and Low voltage error happens at a time?

Hi Jeevan,

Since multiple/contradictory faults are showing, the problem could be a loose connection in the wiring.

Circuit/wiring diagram would be a real help to trace the fault.

Regards,

Nandu.
Thank you,

But I don't have this circuit diagram, anyway I will check the circuit connections once again.
