Couple questions, finding a low Vgs is quite easy, but if I go below 10v Rds the rest of the parameters don't match. Correct me if I'm wrong, but here is what I'm looking for on the minimums, Vgs (max) 5.5v, Power Max 10watts, Vdss 14v, N-Channel Metal Oxide. There are other types of N-Channel, but I'm not sure how they differ. The other types were Schottky and FREDFET.
