Is there a way that I could create a fire detecting thermometer that would detect a fire if the temperature went above a certain point? For example, if a thermometer went above 200 degrees C then this would signal a fire? How would I create this?
There are many ways to do this but more information is needed.
What constraints do you have? What is the application location? What is the response time? Are you really wanting to use a thermometer. if so what type?
