Finding the impedance and phase

    Find the impedance and phase in polar form

    I am trying to simplify the circuit, but the 3C capacitor is in the middle, can I use PI to T transformation here?

    Once you convert capacitor into impedance, the impedance is a "resistor". So, now you have 5 resistors. Since you have only resistors, you can apply all the resistor rules and transformations.
