Hi I'm a final year student. I am required to do a project with the title 'Investigate the use of high speed modulation of optical display to send data' can anyone give me a rough idea of what my circuit deisgn should look like?

Just kidding, but really anyone would need a lot more info to help you. Otherwise I'd say just document how an IR remote controls your TV, and you're done!
