Q1:if i decrease the filter capacitance the ripple will decrease oir increase?

Q2:with the same secondary voltage and filter , which has the least ripple

a)HW rectifier b)FW rectifier c)Bridge rectifier ?

Q3:At very high frequency, small signal diodes dont work properly bcz of

a.Forwrd bias b.reverse bias c.break down d.charge storage

Q4: if the line frequency is 60 hertz, the out put frequency of bridge rectifier is ?

Q1: What does a filter capacitor do? Think about what happens if the capacitor value is reduced to zero.

Q2: How many ripple peaks happen during each AC cycle for each circuit? The longer between peaks, the more ripple.

Q3: To rectify high frequencies, a diode is required to switch from conduction to blocking in a short period of time.

What might take time to leave the junction at the end of the conduction phase?

Q4: How many ripple peaks happen during each AC cycle with a bridge rectifier?
