In low frequency model of a FET as the gate is reversed biased , the gate current becomes zero. How is low & high frequency related to the gate current ?

The gate is a capacitor, for practical purposes. The only time there is any gate current is when the gate is being charged or discharged - when the state of the MOSFET is being changed. Standard RC circuit rules apply.
