I have seen SMPS easy and less weigh in Size.
Please Tell the Procedure for Knowing its Rating in order to use it in Power supply.
I new to SMPS technology.

Actually, I want to build SMPS but no idea of Ferrite core transformer rating of transformer. as in iron core we have simple winding with AC Step up and down
