FBI's hilarious probe expanded

    Fox is reporting the FBI is apparently expanding its probe into the email scandal, for potentially intersection between the foundations Activities and those of the state department's, for possible corruptions.

    If true, it can create an interesting case where the next president's first official act may be to pardon herself.

    Love to see that.

    Can't happen. She'd be automatically forfeit her office ('his", in the statute) the instant she was convicted and wouldn't have time to pardon herself. Frog-marched out of the White House. I can't say I'd love to see it, as fun as that sounds.

    Probing is one thing.
    Indicting is a second thing
    Trial is a third thing
    Conviction is a fourth thing
    Appeal is a fifth thing

    I call BS on the whole thing, there will never be an indictment, because the case is just too weak..
