If you are in contact with the conducting surface and all other object are electrically bonded to that surface, then no shock hazard exists.

There is nothing on Faraday Cages on it.

OP: The key aspect here is that the surface of the Faraday Cage (internal and external) is an equipotential - think about the electric-field structure at an equipotential. What does this mean for the region inside the cage.
