Hi i am working on eyewriter. tried to build this circuit. but ir leds dosnt flicker. i have used irf 530 ic. please tell me if some thing is wrong in the circuits it seems fine to me.

 

The leds are drawn the wrong way round,also the gate and drain terminals on the fets need reversing.

The circuit is weird IMHO, but.........

The circuit diagram has this footnote.

Remember the LEDs wont flicker until you have run MACAM or the Eyewriter software.

Weird circuit for sure! Why do the reverse connected LEDs pass though a 3 ohm resistors into the GATE of a FET?

Fet Gates don't draw current.

The circuit looks like it was drawn by a plumber.

 

the ic which is used in the original circuit is irl3714zpbfl which is a buck convertor. i have replaced it with irf 530. i am posting another circuit please check it. but this circuit is for irl3714zpbfl. can replacing it with irf 530 can have any effect on switching speed of circuit or on over all circuit. i want high switching speed compatible with 30fps. irf 530 is probably the n channel mosfet. i dosnt knew about irl3714zpbfl weather its p type or n type. any suggestions for alternatives of irl3714zpbfl ic must be appreciated. thanks for replying to the post
