Just looked, These don't come in 50A rating for single phase. Those are nice, solid plugs that do not unplug unless you want them to. Normally seen in data centers, hospitals.
Thanks for the recommendation, however I solved the problem already replacing them with this heavy duty mambajamba right here. IMO they shouldn't even make straight blade plugs @ that power level. They should all be locking plugs.

Large offices use a color code standard for their outlets. Citibank and Wells Fargo use: The highest reliability/essential equipment (On UPS + Genset and line conditioned) used the circ-lock connectors. Blue was for needed but not essential, UPS+Genset, 20 A which had one vertical prong and one horizontal prong. The rest were white "standard" outlets with only surge supression. That arrangement kept people from plugging their footwarmers into critical power. Worked out pretty good.
