hello all. i'm conducting a pyrolysis experiment to obtain bio-oil from sawdust. but first i need to conduct an experimental analysis on the sawdust to obtain the composition of cellulose,lignin and hemicellulose in the sawdust.please what i need is a step-by-step(very detailed) procedure on how to obtain the composition of cellulose,lignin and hemicellulose from the sawdust using any known experimental method.links,books,etc are further encouraged.many thanks!
