So these will be all those people looking over your shoulder while you work ... and using your talent to get to the top..... I am so glad I only have to answer to 1 person, the owner of the company, I pretty much wear all those other hats ...

I think rgs (aka nenupharvn) is just looking to do consulting work. My immediate question is how he/she knows the interview questions for all those positions and is still looking for work. That particular combination is not a positive sign.

Perhaps this thread should be in Chit Chat.

That sounds more like the formula for Dilbert's office setup. Way too many chiefs. What operation could possibly require so many levels of administration?

If the people actually doing productive work are competent, they need only minimal supervision. If they are not competent, all the administration in the world can't change that.

I think this was a mass AD and they forgot the link to the service that will teach(sell) you the study aids or online course.

Looks like 6,7 and 9 do the work and the rest are in meetings or "working from home" except 1 who comes in once a month for a coffee.

Did you ever see the movie, OFFICE SPACE? :) I've worked at places like that. Paul Graham says that once a company gets more than eight people, it becomes an intractible bureaucracy.

Geesh. I was a Lot Engineer. Actual title.

In case you dont know what that is, I was the guy that swept up and gathered shopping carts at Home Depot.

I got much respect. I was hoping to be promoted to Lead Lot Desiginer, but that job didn't exist at Home Depot. ;)
