EMI Filter spec help

Hey guys
I am currently using an EMI filter a friend sorted out for me to inhibit noise in my electric candle (simple explanation).
However i have run out of this type of filter and i am trying to source an equivalent replacement.
The filter i am using is the PWD however i am thinking i can replace it with the 03DBAG5 who's spec sheet is also attached.

It seems the dB insertion loss is slightly different however i was wondering how this will effect the inhibition of EMI?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

I don't see enough difference in the attenuation factors that you would likely see a noise attenuation difference in your application. Actually the replacement filter has higher values of inductance and capacitance so you would expect it to work better.
