Have you tried the 252 V AC for input, assuming line is 220 V which might bring output down to around 16.5 V. Is the DC out filtered or is it rectified AC ??

 

I am using the 252v due to nz being mostly being approx 240v and it is rectified ac but I have added a cap to clean it up I don't have a oscilloscope so I can see how clear

 

I have built most of the circuit that I am using just need to get some connectors to attach wires to PCb safely and strongly unless you guys have some tricks.

Haven't tested it yet will shortly and post back. I also plan on posting some pictures and scematics of my finished project when I am done
