It seems to me that positioning the phone in your shorts during calls and usage would be so inconvenient as to make this behavior unlikely. Either that or, "talking out your @ss" is more frequent than I ever imagined.

That's another technology I didn't know about.

 

I have one for when I'm driving. Most of the time, if it's not family, the calls are ignored while driving, unless the wife is with me and she can answer the phone.

 

It took me exactly once to realize I can not talk on the phone and drive a car, and do either one of them correctly. Put the phone down and drive the car!
If you don't, tracecom will come and beat your phone with a hammer!
