Electrostatic Precipitator Integrated Controller (EPIC II)

    I am doing a project on EPIC II system and this is the circuit diagram of the microprocessor based system with transformer-rectifier circuit. Please explain how the transformers t1, t2, t3 are working, the voltage-current across them and the functioning of overall circuit.

    seams awful complicated for a precipatator, all you need is a high voltage dc supply to make a precipatator. static electricity attracts the dust to the plates your air flows through.

    This is not the precipitator actually. This is the ckt diagram and connections to the ESP by which we control the inpur power to the precipitator, called the EPIC controller. Could you please help me out with the working of the transformers t1, t2 and t3
