Hello. I need to make a project for my last year of school and my idea is making an internet controlled car (wheeled robot), with a live video surveillance camera attached to it, might be some recording involved too, but that's just an extra.
I have yet to decide what will I use, either Arduino or Raspberry Pi 3.
I have never worked with a raspberry pi, but I'm thinking that will be easier, because the model 3 has built in wifi, and also there are cameras made for raspberry pi. However I am more familiar with arduino.
What would you guys prefer for this project - an arduino or a raspberry pi?
Also I have to make a circuit for motor controlling on my own, I guess I will be using L298 driver.

If I attach a wifi module to my arduino leonardo or uno, will I be able to both control the car through internet and stream the video from my camera module?
