I want to know the free License Electronics Design Simulation software

 

LTspice. Spice Opus. Tina TI.

 

Several on these forums, including myself, use LTspice from Linear Technology so, if you might want help, that's a good one to use.
It's a fairly complete implementation but it comes mainly with models for Linear Technology parts, however additional models can be added with many located at the LTspice user's group.

Another free simulator is Partsim from Digikey.

 

I use Microcap and it works fine. The free version has limited features but no time limit.
I also use this.
