electronic switch design

    can anyone help me with the electronic switch design using mosfet

    Mr. Show please i would like to switch 1.21 Jigawatts to power my fluxcapacitor.

    No on a serious note..
    Tips for switching w/ mosfets: use pnp for highside switching and npn for lowside switching.

    Pull up resistor to gate for npn types,pull down resistor to gate for pnp type

    PNP and NPN are ordinary transistors, not Mosfets.
    Mosfets are P-channel or N-channel.

    What you can correct me but not explain to me and the op how to switch 1.21 jigawatts?
