Then your teacher should contact the publisher to address this issue with them; if he has a legitimate case, they will come to some compromise with him one way or another so that he can help you. Given you are not an instructor, this is a service you personally should not have access to and therefore should not be soliciting passwords for.
Public distribution of passwords to restricted services is not something I consider appropriate for discussion.
