What do you mean with "online" ?
If you are having trouble with a circuit, you can always start a thread in the FORUM.
If it is placed in the FORUM the forum members can help you to look at the problem.

you can also download PSpice you can create circuits and simulate them to see if they run correctly. It will also tell you node voltages and currents in specific areas.
