just read fascinating article Vol 1 DC which discusses electrical resistence of the human body. We are have different resistences and women have lower resistence. I am in agreement of this according to people with Electrosensitivity (majority are women) where can I find this research paper?
Also states that heart fibrillation can occur at just 17 volts - I experience heart ectopics with WIFI (detector confirms occurrence)
where does this figure (17 volts) come from please?

Really important for 1.6 million Electrosensitives to find answers
thank you

It's the current, not the voltage, that is dangerous. Of course if you have more direct contact with the least path of resistance through the heart (two needles inserted into the chest) it wouldn't take much.
