Hello all,
I need some information in details about the inside of EEPROM. what are the compponents & what is its function in fabrication? does it have fuse,or...?
Floating gates. Imagine a MOSFET with a gate that can be charged up or discharged. Then remove all current paths so that the charge on the floating gate cannot leak away. That is an electrically erasable cell. There are of course many variations on this theme but you get the basic idea.
I think I know what the term means with respect to a BJT. What does it mean with respect biological organism. Could it be akin to a state of limited knowledge? As in "he was unsaturated with knowledge about flash memory technology". Sounds awkward, but the meaning seems clear.
The topic was about EEPROM, not .!!!!! Ok, good. In my opinion, everybody wouldnt release the knowledge only if he reached to the end. You can imagine a scheme that has 7 steps to reach saturated state.
