So, I was having a lecture today and my lecturer told the class that EEPROM has about the same access time as RAM under same capacity and frequency. Is this true?

You should name the type and ID number to be compare.

Well in general, RAM reads faster or EEPROM. Or it has to depend on certain situation and condition?

They are basically the same thing. EEPROM doesn't lose data when powered off while RAM does.

EEPROM is slower compared to Flash memory and RAM memory but has more write endurance than Flash.

    How about Read speed?

awith the same clock speed as stated, they should be the same. but ram is faster generally than eprom, but only in circuits optomized for the speed of the chip. write time will be slower for the eprom tho.
