    Can anyone give me links where I can download EE214 Fall 2003 of Standford University Handouts?

    Unless the professor posted them, I think they are limited to people who took the class. At least they were at U of M.

    This type of thing is only typically accessible through the University Intranet. Your only hope would be if the professor has released the note under something like the MIT license - I would recommend you get in touch with your professor.

    Alternatively, are there other notes/textbooks that may be of use?

    If they are not part of the "open courseware" project, they would be on the intranet. MIT has a pretty good selection for open courseware.

    If you can't get the notes, then I recommend you get these books out of the library and obtain a copy of syllabus as a guide for study.

    As a curiosity, what is the subjuct title of EE214?
