May I suggest the inclusion of the balanced form of the L, T, and ∏ attenuators, the D, I, and O attenuators.
From what I have found they are the same except you use one half the stated resistance of their unbalanced counterparts in the source and reflect the other half of that resistance into the return. I feel this would make the list more comprehensive.
