Duty cycle control using Triac interfaced with PIC

Hellow everyone
I want to control duty cycle of an AC heater using PWM and I want to use TRIAC as a driver of AC heater to Micro Controller.
my problem is How will I interface triac with microcontroller,
I need us help please.
