One of my questions is what happens inside a diode if you double Boron doping compared to Phosphorus doping? Can some please help me understand? My instructor explained simply what happens with phosphorus and boron doping that if forward biased diode will conduct and if reverse biased diode will not conduct so I understand this part.
In my understanding if we double Boron doping we are creating more holes compared to electrons. I dont know how to proceed forward with this. Please help
