digital voltmeter using PIC 16f877a

    allo every body...
    i need a little help...before that, i'm sorry if my english is bad...i'm not very good in english.
    i have built a digital voltmeter for my final year project using pic 16f877a. when i simulate the circuit using proteus isis, the circuit running well. however, the hardware part doesn't functioning at all. i wish if anybody out there could help me with this problem

    Post your schematic. Did you use proper power supply decoupling?

    this is my schematic. in the hardware, i measure the output voltage and get 5.03 V. I want to use this circuit to measure the potential different in the water. the battery will be functioning as a probe where the +ve part connect to the LM324 and the -ve part connect to the ground.
