    Try spelling the name correctly.

If he spells the name correctly does he get the manual? It's probably copyrighted anyway and we couldn't give it out even if we had it.

Well, I graduated already, but back in the day... I did my fair share of combing the internetz looking for "stuff". Found 'em most of the time... but not always.

I graduated long before there was an internet. We had to do things the hard way by paying attention and actually solving TFP.

Hear, hear (or is it here, here -- I think it's the former).

While it is certainly possible to use a solutions manual as a legitimate aid to learning the material, few students actually so do (I have seen exceptions, though). Most just want it to cheat from.

But regardless of whether this particular student would use it properly or not, we don't have the right to furnish it even if we had it, so it's a moot point.
