Have a little question about AD5220:
Vdd is only for IC's logic supply or it affects on resistor terminals?So I can connect AD5220 GND to DGND, vdd to +5V logic supply when the A terminal will be connected to AGND and B terminal to 5V Reference(maybe here DGND and AGND should be tied at single-star point)?

Only effect of Vdd on resistor operation is that A-B voltage may not exceed value of Vdd. I would indeed tie AGND and DGND together (if such is not contraindicated by some other requirement in the application).
