    and change the design statement to --- If there is one or two non-adjacent F-16s in the bunker, then the green and blue light should be illuminated.

    Oh well, now the problem doesn't seem so big anymore...

    Where is the picture of what you have done, or tried so far?

    You are told that a sensor is giving you a "low", logic 0 if there is an F-16 in a bunker. Look up logic truth tables ( AND, and OR gates) and compare how their outputs change when different combos of 1's and zero's are received.

    Hint: inverting gates(NAND, and NOR) and inverting buffers can change 0's to 1's
