Can anybody give the theoretical details of Digital LCR Meter & Logic State Analyzer ?

 

PSIR: Did you happen to find the source code that goes with that schematic? The schematic looks solid, a 4 wire LCR meter, be interested in range and accuracy.

An LCR meter measures not only Inductance, Capacitance, and Resistance, but the "Quality" of the inductor, resistor, or capacitor. Details such as parasitic resistance in inductors and capacitors, parasitic inductance in capacitors, etc.

A Logic analyzer watches several lines (sometimes up to 64) on a bus while a digital circuit is running. It then decodes what data and instructions were transferred across the bus, along with timing. This can be as simple as 2 wires on USB to a GPU to Memory bus on a graphics card.
