difference between pop, jazz, rock and classical

    Can anybody please tell me the difference between pop, jazz, rock and classical ??? and also on what basis they are classified?

    POP is what an electrolytic capacitor does when you connect it with reversed polarity.
    JAZZ is what is inside a black box. As in "all that jazz".
    ROCK is that crystal thingy that determines the frequency of an oscillator.
    CLASSICAL is an old or a standard design.

    Then of course there is Rap, what you do with an electronic object that is intermittent or not working. ;)

    I protest. BR-549 is classical. And what he has been saying is NEW.
