I'm trying to build a PWM that can oscillate at higher frequencies, from 1Hz to about 50MHz, with adjustable duty cycle of course, and I found a data sheet for NE568 integrated circuit that says that this chip can produce this pulses. Problem here is that I'm not familiar with this chip, I worked with 555 and 558, so does some one has any experience on this.

    Thx,

    I don't think the LM567 goes to 50 MHz.

Can you say more about your application and why you need such a wide range of frequencies?

I would like to build a signal generator.... For testing purpose...

No the 567 just go to 500KHz, and I want more :)

    Thx,

So how does PWM relate to PPL? Are you wanting to create a square wave that goes to 50Mhz?

I thought that is related because in the data sheet says that duty cycle can be adjusted, but I didn't figure it out how.
Yes I need a pulse generator to that can be adjustable lets say from 1KHz to something about 50Mhz.... Is it possible to made such a circuit???
