Hi,

I'm looking for a sample circuits used to detect wire open insulation.
When an open insulation is detected, an audible buzzer is enabled or
Led is lit.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance - Oric

 

Is this in some installed wiring, or are you testing for defective insulation before installation?

 

Need much more information.. Could be as simple as a battery, some wire and a buzzer or fancier like a hipot tester
