Desoldered Cable. Where to put it?

    I have here one device, but the chinese wires are so weak and are not anymore soldered at the board.

    The model of the device is ns-8006u-bt
    On the first picture we see "the power supply board"
    most likely i have to put the one end of the cable somewhere on this board and the other side on the outlined from me on picture 3.
    The reason i have to put this wire is because the LEDs are not lighting. I follow the path from this middle point between - and + and it goes to one Resistance, one Capacitor and then is the board of the LEDs.

    I think over the solder joint on the circuit board that you want to desolder.

    Maybe we have some misunderstanding.

    One cable is not on the board anymore and because of this the LEDs are not lighting.
    I ask where to put the two ends of the cable. And am telling where i think it should be,but wanna hear your opinion.
