Please help me.I'm ask to design a circuit and I don't know how to go about it.The problem is:
Design a circuit which receives 2(two) 16-bit binary numbers A=a15.......a0, B=b15......b0 and adds them.Use basic gate ICs (e.g AND, OR ,XOR ,NOR ,NAND ,NOT). Your design should contain:

-IC diagram with pin numbers showing the interconnection between different ICs.

 

I think this is schoolwork. And no, we will not just hand over a solution to you. So you just have to slap a name sticker on it. And send it in. Show some effort and you will be rewarded. A good way of showing effort. Is to tell us what you have done so far. And why and how you struggle

Have you not covered full adders?
