    I wish to create the following:

    a sinewave generator with the following properties, but it must use a 3 stage RC phase shift oscillator as a base:
    1. power supply is nominally +9 V, but could be ±3 V, relative to a ‘ground reference’ of 0 V.

      2.output is a sine wave of frequency 1 kHz (ideally free of any harmonic content) and varies between a minimum value of +1 V and maximum value of +3 V, into an unknown resistive load as low as 1kOhm.
    I have created the basic phase shift oscillator it's meeting the other requirements in part 2 that I am struggling with any help would be appreciated

    Show what you have done so far. Also this sounds a lot like a homework.

    no not homework this is for a individual project I'm carry out as a response to theory I'm being though because I understand the basic principle but struggling to understand how to adjust parameters or add to the basic topology to meet these other criteria

    With this current circuit I still have harmonics which I don't really want and it doesn't oscillate between the two voltage I am after
