Design size of MOSFET

    The load in the inverter circuit shown is a coil of an electromagnet
    that requires a current of 0.5 A when turned on. The effective​


    load resistance varies between 8 and 10
    , depending on
    temperature and other variables. A 10 V power supply is
    available. The transistor parameters are k'n=80 and Vtn=1V​
    Design the size of the MOSFET to meet the requirements.

    Just a little bit of guide how to start, useful websites..etc..would be great,thx a lot!:)
