design organic fet (ofet)using silvaco software

hi,

i want to design top contact p3ht ofet using silvaco athena and atlas software. i already design the structure in athena and my problems now is about the atlas part to plot the output and transfer characteristic of the transistor.

anybody here familiar with the design of organic electronic devices using silvaco? i really need your help because i am a new user of this software and no ofet example that i can use to refer to in silvaco website.
