i need to design a serial Excess-3 to BCD convertor....
as it is a serial one i can have one input at a time....but to subtract 3 from it i would require all the 4 bits to be preset....so i thought of using a register to store the data.....but it gives me time delay of 4 clocks....so what else can i use instead of a register ??
