Have you searched on high-side driver? There are many dedicated N-channel mosfet drivers with bootstrapping and logic for driving the high-side gates and preventing shoot-through.
How come a servo motor needs an H-bridge?? Are u using an ordinary DC motor or Servo motor 3 pin??
I think the OP is asking about designing his own servo.
Inside the servo to which you refer is a circuit board, which probably has an H bridge or something to control direction electronically. There may also be control of speed for some servos.
That is true..whatever a motor may be, inside most dc motors is only 2 brushes basically..
There are many high side drivers for this, such as:
