Design a 4-bit counter using only the Q outputs of four JK flip-flops. Build it using synchronous timing into the clocks. Include a logic switch that can stop and start the timer assuming that the clocking input never stops. Also include a switch that can reset the whole system to 0000 whenever we wish.
