Hi

I have written a diagnostic program that counts to 16, making my leds flash on my prototype board. But I need to insert a delay in between each clock pulse so that I can see them flash otherwise it will be too quick. I am going to call the delay waste time. I need some help writing the delay part, can anyone help me ? I have attached some of the code which I assembled using MPLab
