deconvolution or inv transfer function

I have time domain transfer function matrix and output of a system. I need input from these in time domain. But transfer function matrix is singular or very small values and have inverse either not possible or have zero matrix form. Simple deconvolution or inv of transfer function did not solve my problem. How can i solve it.
