I have been trying to figure this out for about 5 days now.

I have a series-parallel circuit... kinda hard to explain in words....

can anybody give me some help if I scanned and emailed the circuit and problems?

    go ahead and scan it.

If you have attempted to answer any of the questions, write what you think down and whatever work you have done on the problem.

Well I don't have your question to look at, but I find it much easier to convert each parallel connection into a series connection first (or rather finding the equivalent series combination). When this is done you can simply add the values of resistances together when in parallel.
