DC OFFSET TROUBLE

    HELLO THERE, I HAVE A MEMPHIS 16-PB1KD AMPLIFIER, WHEN I TURN IT ON ITS OK, ONCE I INSERT THE RCAS IT GOES STARIGHT INTO DC OFFSET, IVE CHECKED EVERYTHING AND ITS SEEMS OK, HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED... THANKS

    have you tried a different set of RCA cables?
    have you tried another form of audio input on those new cables?

    yes, ive tried the ones from my car stereo, the ones that i can plug in auxilary, as soon as i connect them it goes strait into dc offset ...

    and there seems to be a short in the rca input and output, i checked continuity and theres some type of continuity, i checked the caps on the audio side of the board and all checks out. what could it be, and i also check the rca input out of circuit and checks out..... im lost please help
